Rachel is studying Biological Engineering with a minor in Philosophy on the premed track. She hopes to pursue an MD and become a surgeon. Outside of Rho Psi, she is a volunteer firefighter/EMT with the Cayuga Heights Fire Department, and the treasurer of the Cornell Filipino Association. She is passionate about community service and outreach. She also does research at Cornell with the Lewis Lab, studying bone mechanics in the context of osteoarthritis.
